Abstract

This article aims to reflect the experience of online psychological care with patients diagnosed with HTLV at a public outpatient clinic in the state of Bahia. The main demands identified in the reports of the consultations were anguish, fears, anxiety in the face of illness caused by HTLV and factors added to the social isolation caused by the SARS-COV-2 (Covid-19) pandemic. The research methodology in this study is qualitative, of a non-probabilistic nature. The object of analysis will be the records of the evolution of the services performed, from November 2020 to February 2021, using the Nvivo-12 software for data processing methodologies. It is expected from the experience report to weave reflections that propose new configurations of knowledge and, consequently, to produce new knowledge.
