The work presented on screen aims to study and analyze the phenomenon of uberization and its social consequences according to labor laws. Nevertheless, it seeks to conceptualize the technological innovations used as work tools and their triggering reasons. The methodology used was through the deepening of specific laws, articles, doctrinal and jurisprudential research works, mainly pointing to a descriptive and explanatory analysis, in order to elucidate the points and counterpoints of this phenomenon. In this sense, uberization is understood as a sharing economy that factually impacted the consumer and labor market, revolutionizing it. However, despite such technological evolution, in the social and labor sphere it brought a gigantic rupture with regard to labor rights, precarious labor relations, as well as reaching labor rights that were hard won over time.
