BURNOUT SYNDROME IN THE NURSE, DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC, IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 2019/2021: AN INTEGRATIVE LITERATURE REVIEW

The objective of the research was to know how the literature has described and characterized the approach to Burnout Syndrome in the nursing Professional during the new Corona Virus Pandemic, within the scope of Brazilian literary production, considering the Professional in his physical, psychic integrity. and social. Burnout Syndrome defined as exhaustion, lasting occupational stress, isolation and professional disillusionment regarding work. Therefore, an integrative literature review (IR) was carried out, with the objective of understanding the effect of Burnout Syndrome on nursing professionals during the COVID-19 Pandemic; published in the period 2019/2021, with inclusion criteria, considering publications in Portuguese, categorized by year, title, database, journal, method and result. After the selection of 24 articles that met the inclusion criteria, considered important for the research, 09 (37.5%) were available in the LILACS Database, 08 (33.33%) in the BDENF databases, 04 (16, 66%) in the MEDLINE databases and 03 (12.5%) in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO) databases. It is concluded through the selected texts with thematic analysis that emerged the understanding of the causes, manifestations and consequences, that the levels of anxiety, depression and isolation behavior are the main factors that lead to this perception due to excessive workload, fear of loss of job, fear of making a mistake in the practice of the same and separation from the family.
