Digital marketing has become a powerful tool that has changed the consumer's relationship with the market, since it has become a differentiator in organizations for its effectiveness, unlike traditional marketing, which is limited to the reach of its audience and identifying which reasons contribute for the purchase to be effected; and to analyze the relationship of the factors that influence the behavior of the consumers, For this, a qualitative, descriptive research was carried out, through the use of bibliographic survey, such as articles, dissertations, theses and materials available on the internet, in addition to an online questionnaire , answered by 26 companies from a municipality of Votuporanga, located in the northwest of São Paulo.
