This article aims to show the precariousness of uberized work, which has exploded in recent years, with the technological development of digital platform companies. Here in Brazil, this advance gained a lot of strength as a result of the covid-19 pandemic that ended up generating a high in unemployment, thus leaving a very large wave of unemployed. On the other hand, this explosion of workers in search of informal employment, ended up causing the loss of their labor rights, a slave labor, tiring and with an exhausting journey in search of a better profit, monitored by an algorithm capable of controlling its partners wherever they are. Which makes it even clearer that the rights of these workers are being infringed, thus violating the principle of human dignity, as this way of work seeks only the incessant profit of these companies, and thus, leaves the worker at the mercy of his own luck. The present article used as a method, the dialectic, the technique of data research was through bibliographic research, since it was necessary to study other published works, as well as jurisprudence, labor legislation, in order to guide and support this article.
