The present work deals with the rights of the physically disabled in the labor market: the evolution and social effectiveness in Campo Grande - MS. With the emergence of the quota law there was an obligation for public and private companies to hire people with disabilities to work in their organizations. There are several laws and protection decrees for the inclusion and socialization of this group in the labor market and in society. Following the evolution of the history of these rights and their purposes is what is intended to be presented in this article, prepared from a bibliographic review.
