The main intention of the penitentiary system is the organization of occupations proposed in the penal execution, mainly based on the Penal Execution Law, with the objective of regenerating the convicts, readapting them to social life, such as, for example, access to educational assistance. , bringing great social value, given that the resocialization of prisoners does not choose ethnicity, social class, age or gender.
