INSETOS INCRUSTADOS EM RESINA COMO ALTERNATIVA PARA ABORDAGEM PRÁTICA DE ENTOMOLOGIA NO ENSINO BÁSICO

Abstract

Teaching entomology in basic education has been a great challenge for educators. The use of textbooks has been the most used tool, resulting in little adherence by students to the proposed activities in the classroom. Other tools, such as insectaries, are widely explored, but the need for constant maintenance and the impossibility of handling by students makes it evident that there is a need to search for more interesting alternatives that provide better learning for students. The work brings a step-by-step step for the elaboration of blocks with insects embedded in resin, as well as their application in the classroom.
