UMA ANÁLISE DO PAPEL DO ADVOGADO NA SOCIEDADE

Abstract

The attribution by which the lawyer performs in society for the realization of social justice is ensured in a permanent clause, article 133, which provides for its indispensability to the administration of justice and for the effective fulfillment of justice, defending rights and guarantees, except in the case of habeas corpus and criminal review, situations authorized by law. It is expected that jurists comply with the rules of the legal system and the Code of Ethics and Discipline of the Brazilian Bar Association, and that disciplinary proceedings are decided by ethical courts, guided by social justice.
