This course conclusion paper explores the use of digital tools for formative assessment, based on articles from CAPES Journals. The research analyzes how these tools can be integrated into formative assessment to optimize learning and meet the demands of the digital age. The methodology is qualitative, through a bibliographic review, seeking to identify the main tools, describe the pedagogical practices that use them, and examine the challenges and opportunities of their implementation. Formative assessment is presented as a continuous process aimed at improving learning and adapting teaching to students' needs. Technological evolution requires the adaptation of pedagogical practices and assessment methods. Tools such as Moodle, Kahoot!, Mentimeter, Google Forms, Google Meet, and Google Classroom are highlighted for promoting engagement, interactivity, and immediate feedback, facilitating self-assessment and monitoring student progress. Despite the potential, challenges such as technological infrastructure, connectivity, and teacher training are mentioned. However, the opportunities outweigh the obstacles, as technology allows for a paradigm shift in learning, promoting critical thinking, autonomy, and teamwork. It is concluded that the strategic integration of formative assessment and digital tools is crucial for quality education aligned with current demands.
