Providing information relevant to the subject as well as performing health education to this public is a task that must start from primary health care and it is up to them to identify the target audience and provide information, creating a link with them. Moreover, the provision of information, contraceptive means and other attention should always be based on respect, understanding of the realities faced and the possibility of collaboration and consent on the part of the family, thus raising attention to a level of integrality. This is an integrative literature review, carried out between August 1 and 15, 2021 in lilacs, BNDENF and MEDLINE databases, resulting in a sample of 15 Articles. It is concluded that primary care should offer information and contraceptive methods to those young people who started their sexual life and who do not want a conception. There is also an eminent need for the creation of public policies that contemplates this portion of the population.
