The objective of this research is to verify the influence of employee resilience on innovation actions, adaptive performance, creative behavior at work, job satisfaction, and workplace incivility, and how these five relationships are moderated by the work-life conflict. A quantitative, descriptive research design was chosen, utilizing primary data and a cross-sectional approach. The study field consisted of public higher education institutions (HEIs) in Brazil, with the target population being public employees with permanent employment, including faculty and administrative staff. A non-probability sampling technique based on accessibility was used to select the sample. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire created on Google Forms. The sample included 744 valid questionnaires. For data analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used, employing partial least squares (PLS) through the SmartPLS 4 software. The findings indicated that employee resilience has a direct and positive influence on innovative actions, adaptive performance, creative behavior at work, and job satisfaction. They confirmed the negative influence of employee resilience on workplace incivility. Regarding the moderating effect of work-life conflict, moderation was evident only in the relationship between employee resilience and creative behavior at work, weakening this relationship.
