The development of strategic skills has become one of the main factors for the adaptation of organizations to the transformations imposed by the digital economy and the growing complexity of business environments. In this context, understanding how skills acquired in different professional experiences can be integrated and applied in new organizational contexts represents an important contribution to studies on management and entrepreneurship. The present study aimed to analyze how strategic competencies developed in different organizational contexts were integrated and transferred to the management of a digital enterprise, based on the reflective analysis of the author's own professional experience. This is a qualitative research, of a descriptive and analytical-reflective nature, developed through a reflective report of professional experience. The results showed that competencies related to planning, process organization, financial management, negotiation, customer relationship and decision making were developed progressively throughout the professional trajectory, being later integrated and mobilized in the management of the digital enterprise. It is concluded that the diversity of professional experiences favors the construction of strategic competencies capable of expanding the capacity for adaptation, learning and management in organizational environments characterized by digital transformation. Keywords: Strategic competencies; professional development; digital transformation; digital enterprise; strategic management.
