Introduction: endometriosis is a chronic estrogen-dependent inflammatory disease characterized by the presence of endometrial-like tissue outside the uterine cavity and associated with pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, infertility, bowel and urinary symptoms, functional impairment, and psychosocial burden. Symptom complexity supports multimodal approaches integrating medical, surgical, physiotherapeutic, psychological, and pain education strategies. Objective: to analyze the benefits of multimodal treatment for endometriosis from 2021 to 2026. Methodology: rapid qualitative systematic review guided by PRISMA 2020, with searches in PubMed, BVS, and SciELO using DeCS/BVS descriptors related to endometriosis, pelvic pain, quality of life, physical therapy modalities, and therapeutics. Results: six studies were selected, including a randomized clinical trial, systematic reviews, clinical reviews, and a proposed algorithm. Evidence indicated improvements in pain, function, quality of life, musculoskeletal components, mental health, and adherence when care moves beyond exclusively hormonal or surgical models. Conclusion: multimodal care is beneficial because it recognizes endometriosis as a chronic, multifactorial, biopsychosocial condition requiring integration among gynecology, physiotherapy, psychology, pharmacological management, surgery when indicated, and guided self-care.
