Abstract

This study analyzed the application of strategic project management in the organization and execution of technical visits in the areas of Civil Engineering and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Consulting within companies located in the Manaus Industrial Pole. The research was characterized as applied, qualitative, and descriptive, using a case study approach based on the authors' professional experience and literature review. The findings revealed weaknesses related to the lack of standardization, decentralized information management, manual activity control, and absence of performance indicators. As a contribution, a structured model based on project management best practices was proposed, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement stages. The study concludes that the adoption of strategic project management can enhance operational efficiency, reduce failures, improve the quality of collected information, and strengthen decision-making processes during technical visits.
