As epidermolysis bullosa is a disease classified as rare, few studies are directed to this disease and the lack of instruction to nursing professionals ends up being a common practice; which impairs early diagnosis and compromises proper care for patients with this condition. This is because adequate care must be provided to patients with epidermolysis bullosa in an emergency and early manner, in order to minimize trauma, friction, pressure, and aggravation of the characteristic wounds of these diseases. Objective: To investigate in the scientific literature the nursing care necessary for an adequate nursing care for patients with Epidermolysis Bullosa. Method: This is an exploratory bibliographic study, which qualitatively seeks to study the specific care that should be given to nursing professionals in the treatment of this condition regarding Epidermolysis Bullosa. Results: Through the research carried out, it can be seen that personalized care for patients with epidermolysis bullosa not only reduces the risk of aggravation and complications of the disease, but also enables individuals, even with these anomalies, to have their quality of life improved through specialist care and treatment. Conclusion: For the nursing professional, the study of the treatment of epidermolysis and the appropriate technical implications for this condition is essential and necessary to ensure efficient treatment in patients with this condition.
