Violence against women may produce repercussions that interfere with different aspects related to health, especially in the field of sexual and reproductive health. The present study analyzed the repercussions of violence against women in this context, as well as the role of nursing in the care provided to women experiencing violence. This study is an integrative literature review with a descriptive character and qualitative approach, carried out through searches in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS), and PubMed databases. Descriptors related to violence against women, sexual and reproductive health, and nursing were used and combined through Boolean operators for study identification. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, seven studies were selected for analysis. The findings showed an association between violence and different repercussions on women's health, including reproductive, gestational, and emotional aspects. The analyzed studies also highlighted the need for recognition of these situations by health services, considering the importance of appropriate interventions and continuous follow-up. In addition, nursing participation was identified in actions related to welcoming care, early identification of suggestive signs, and assistance to women experiencing violence. It is concluded that nursing practice plays a relevant role in promoting comprehensive care and strengthening the assistance provided to women experiencing violence
