The growing diversity present in contemporary educational contexts has expanded discussions about inclusion and personalized learning as fundamental principles for building equitable education. In this scenario, ensuring access to school is not enough; it is necessary to guarantee effective conditions for participation, belonging, and development for all students, considering their singularities, learning rhythms, and individual needs. This chapter aims to discuss the relationships between educational inclusion, personalized learning, and digital technologies, analyzing how these dimensions can contribute to the construction of more democratic and responsive pedagogical practices. This is a bibliographic study based on authors who discuss inclusive education, accessibility, active methodologies, assistive technologies, and pedagogical innovation. The findings indicate that personalized learning, when articulated with the principles of inclusion, promotes more meaningful educational pathways and expands opportunities for participation and learning. Furthermore, the chapter highlights the potential of digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence as resources capable of supporting pedagogical diversification, provided they are used ethically, critically, and under teacher mediation. It is concluded that the construction of truly inclusive education requires recognizing human diversity as a constitutive element of educational processes, demanding flexible, accessible, and equity-oriented pedagogical practices.
