The Management and Performance Program is still a relatively new topic in the Brazilian federal public service, but it has brought important advances in service delivery by replacing traditional attendance control with delivery-based performance control and by establishing the possibility of telework. The objective of this research is to identify the scientific production on the Management and Performance Program and to analyze how the topic has been addressed, as well as the main findings from these first years of implementation, in addition to identifying existing gaps. The CAPES Journal Portal was used as the database source, and the sample consisted of 14 articles related to the topic. The main findings include advantages and disadvantages of the program, similarities with the phenomenon of labor uberization, and a lack of transparency in the disclosure of the results achieved through the program, which demonstrates weaknesses in social control and a research gap on the subject.
