PatSexuality has always been seen from the perspective of teaching male and female reproductive organs and/or as a state policy - including the religious issue. This article aims to verify the thought of Nietzsche and Foucault about difference and sexuality. A bibliographical research was carried out and, as a method of understanding the facts, the Nietzschean pseudonarrative and the Foucaultian genealogy were adopted. Through Nietzsche's criticisms of Parmenides, the formal logic and the advent of the truthful man and Foucault's analysis, it was noticed how sex was always placed in discourse and how it was so veiled and hidden. At the same time that an order of interdictions was verified through these criticisms, it was sought to emphasize that the ruptures analyzed by Foucault only had reason to exist as a result of the pattern – Nietzsche's true man.
