This study aimed to analyze the relationships between health, education, and leisure in the context of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It is an integrative literature review, conducted using searches in the databases Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Virtual Health Library (BVS), CAPES Journals, and the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), considering publications in Portuguese from 2020 to 2025. The descriptors used were "Autism Spectrum Disorder," "Health," "Education," "Leisure," "Quality of Life," "Physical Activity," and "play," resulting in the final selection of 15 studies for analysis. The results showed progress in the recognition of the rights of people with ASD, especially after the implementation of Law No. 12.764/2012 and the Brazilian Inclusion Law. However, challenges related to the realization of these rights persist, such as institutional resistance, insufficient curricular adaptations, a shortage of specialized professionals, weak intersectoral coordination between health and education, as well as social, sensory, and attitudinal barriers. It is concluded that health, education, and leisure must be understood in an integrated way, requiring intersectoral public policies, structural investments, and inclusive practices based on respect for human diversity and the guarantee of the rights of people with ASD.
