Organizational culture in technological environments constitutes a fundamental element for understanding innovation dynamics and digital transformation in the contemporary educational context. This article aims to analyze the relationships between organizational culture, digital technologies and pedagogical practices in educational institutions, emphasizing challenges and potentialities for teacher training. The investigation is characterized as Bibliographic Research, supported by the guidelines of Oliveira (2019) and Rauen (2022) regarding document source survey and analysis procedures, mobilizing authors such as Cunha et al. (2024), Supletto et al. (2024) and Franqueira et al. (2024). The analytical path examines the configurations of organizational culture in technological spaces, the role of teachers in active methodologies and the advantages and risks of the digital environment. The results indicate that building organizational cultures favorable to innovation demands articulation between shared values, collaborative practices and investments in continuing teacher training. The analysis demonstrates that school environments that favor technological experimentation and youth protagonism enhance teaching-learning processes when supported by participatory management and pedagogical intentionality.
