This article analyzes the role of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJPE), through the Permanent Commission on Accessibility and Inclusion (CACIN), in promoting the social and educational inclusion of people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The study is based on the understanding that inclusion constitutes a multidimensional process that requires not only normative guarantees, but also institutional practices aimed at ensuring the effectiveness of fundamental rights. In this context, the research investigates how the Judiciary has expanded its role beyond the traditional jurisdictional function, assuming an educational, preventive, and socially transformative position. The study adopts a qualitative approach of an exploratory and descriptive nature, grounded in a bibliographic review and documentary analysis of legislation, scientific publications, and institutional materials related to the actions developed by CACIN/TJPE. The findings reveal that initiatives such as awareness campaigns, attitudinal accessibility actions, and the gamified project “Guardians of Justice” significantly contribute to the promotion of inclusion, citizenship, and social awareness regarding ASD. Furthermore, it was observed that the use of technological resources and gamification strategies fosters more accessible, participatory, and inclusive educational processes, expanding learning opportunities and social interaction for autistic individuals. It is concluded that the TJPE experience demonstrates the potential of public institutions as agents of social transformation, capable of articulating education, technology, and inclusive policies in the construction of a more democratic, accessible, and equitable society.
