This article aimed to analyze the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction in different organizational contexts. To this end, a quantitative method was adopted, obtained through a structured questionnaire. The sample consisted of 50 participants working in different sectors and organizations. The results showed that organizational culture exerts a direct influence on job satisfaction levels, especially in dimensions related to cooperation, respect, and interpersonal relationships. A positive trend in satisfaction levels was observed, but marked by a significant presence of neutral responses, indicating non-homogeneous perceptions among employees. These findings suggest that, although favorable organizational practices exist, their internalization is still partial, reflecting possible inconsistencies between institutional discourse and experiences lived in the work environment. It is concluded that strengthening organizational culture, combined with effective people management, communication, and leadership development practices, is fundamental for promoting higher levels of satisfaction and engagement. This study contributes by highlighting the importance of integrating culture and satisfaction in the organizational context, offering theoretical and practical support for contemporary management.
