This study analyzes the institutional results of the adoption of home office in Brazilian federal agencies from 2020 to 2025, through a qualitative and descriptive bibliographic review. The central question guiding the research is: what are the institutional results of the adoption of home office in federal agencies from 2020 to 2025? The general objective is to analyze, based on existing literature, the impacts of telework on productivity, operational costs, service quality, and employee well-being. Fifty-two studies were located in the consulted databases, of which 31 were excluded for not meeting the established inclusion criteria, resulting in 21 studies effectively incorporated into the analysis. The findings indicate that agencies that adopted teleworking with results-based management mechanisms, such as the Performance Management Program (PGD), recorded productivity gains and cost reductions, although the results vary according to the digital maturity and organizational culture of each institution. It is concluded that teleworking, when accompanied by solid governance and well-being policies, constitutes a viable strategy for contemporary public administration.
