Objective: to identify the scientific production that addresses educational technologies in health in nursing care for hospitalized children. Methods: an integrative literature review was conducted in October 2025, in six stages. Searches were performed in the databases Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Elsevier’s Scopus, Web of Science, and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature. Results: sixteen studies comprised the final sample. Evidence indicates that the impact of technologies encompasses clinical and psychosocial outcomes. They contribute to physical recovery, promote emotional stability, and redefine the hospital environment as an educational, welcoming, and participatory space. To this end, digital technologies that bring together diverse resources such as games, applications, educational animated videos, virtual reality, as well as printed materials such as comic books and booklets, and multimodal technologies that combine technological resources with individualized counseling were highlighted. Conclusion: it was found that educational technologies in health care for hospitalized children, when applied intentionally and with scientific rigor, have a high potential to improve and transform pediatric hospital care.
