Abstract

This e-book presents a study on Restorative Justice. The research is based on a literature review, characterized as bibliographic research, using information gathered from books, scientific articles, journals, and other relevant publications on the subject. Among its objectives is the pursuit of a deeper understanding of Restorative Justice and its applications in legal and social contexts. The main objective is to analyze how Restorative Justice can function as an effective communication channel, enabling the construction of solutions and the definition of reparative measures between the parties involved in the conflict.
