Military police activity is characterized by high physical and psychological demands, exposing professionals to occupational risk factors that compromise their health and quality of life. In the Amazonian context, especially in Manaus, operational complexity intensifies such challenges. This study analyzed the relationship between regular physical exercise and quality of life of PMAM military police officers in Manaus. This is basic, qualitative research through narrative bibliographic review, based on scientific productions on physical activity, occupational health and quality of life. Literature showed that systematic physical exercise is associated with cardiorespiratory improvement, cardiovascular risk reduction, stress control, and improved sleep and psychological well-being. It is concluded that structured physical exercise programs can act as instruments for health promotion and strengthening quality of life of military police officers, also configuring institutional strategy for professional valorization and operational improvement.
