This work presents the development process and qualitative validation of the didactic game “Game Food,” designed as a pedagogical proposal for addressing themes related to human nutrition. The educational game was developed as a "path-style" board game, featuring cards with questions regarding diet, health, and nutritional diseases. The proposal arose from concerns about the eating habits of children and adolescents in light of the increasing consumption of ultra-processed foods and the rise in childhood and adolescent obesity cases. The validation methodology involved direct observation of the game's application and the use of questionnaires administered to undergraduate students in the Natural Sciences (Biology emphasis) teaching degree, aiming to evaluate the tool's didactic potential from the perspective of future teachers. The results reinforce that by incorporating playfulness into the teaching process, it is possible to make learning about nutrition and health more engaging, dynamic, and transformative, and that future teachers are willing to use differentiated and dynamic teaching resources in their professional practice.
