Abstract

This study aims to map the educational practices developed within the scope of EJA-EPT (Youth and Adult Education - Professional and Technological Education), with the goal of strengthening the retention and success of working students in this modality. It is a systematic mapping of existing productions on the subject between 2019 and 2025 in three different databases. The research resulted in a theoretical corpus of 20 publications, categorized according to Content Analysis. As a result, the various difficulties faced by working students in EJA-EPT became evident, as well as the different educational practices used to encourage their retention.
