This report on an internship in Organizational and Work Psychology aims to present and analyze experiences gained between September and October 2025 at a family-owned business specializing in children's recreation and craft workshops for children aged 4 to 12. During the internship, the dynamics of relationships between the owning family and the staff were observed, alongside management challenges and practices aimed at including children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Based on participant observation, aspects such as organizational climate, leadership, communication, and professionalization were analyzed; an intervention grounded in Organizational Psychology was then proposed to improve the work environment, reduce stress, and strengthen interpersonal relationships through group activities and team-building initiatives.Downloads
