Abstract

This article analyzes parenting coordination as a hybrid legal and psychological mechanism, essential for case management in high-conflict families. The research employs the deductive approach and bibliographic method, grounded in a comparative and functional analysis of international jurisdictions given the lack of a legal framework in Brazil. It investigates the viability of digital parenting coordination as an instrument for democratizing access to justice, demonstrating how specialized applications replicate some of the directive functions of a human coordinator. The study evidence that these tools mitigate emotional triggers and preserve the integrity of digital evidence. It concludes that technology, combined with Artificial Intelligence, offers a pragmatic solution that effectively supports the implementation of parenting plans and the protection of the child's best interests.
