Abstract

This study aims to analyze the main risk factors that influence the implementation of the strategic plan at Massalim Comercial – Service Provision and Agro-Livestock Company, Lda., in order to understand their impact on the achievement of organizational objectives and to propose strategies that contribute to risk mitigation and effective business management. The research adopted a qualitative approach of a descriptive and exploratory nature, using interviews conducted with managers, department heads, and two operational employees. The qualitative data analysis revealed that the absence of monitoring mechanisms and risk mitigation policies increases institutional vulnerability and hinders the achievement of predefined objectives. The findings indicate that Massalim Comercial faces significant risks that directly affect the implementation of its strategic plan, highlighting the need for preventive management practices, strengthening organizational culture, and investing in continuous employee training to ensure greater efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness.
