Abstract

The central proposal of this study is to reflect on the use of Artificial Intelligence in classroom methodologies. Show the benefits of using AI as aligned to the learning process. It presents ChatGPT as a powerful tool in classes, even to develop critical sense in students and point out the advantages, as well as possible errors of this tool. At a time when technological systems deliver personalized services to their customers, it is up to Education to adapt to this aspect and innovation. Offering students with conditions to develop their cognitive capabilities with technological tools that meet each student's specific learning needs. Reinforces the need for Public Policies to offer the knowledge and access necessary for a deep exploration of Artificial Intelligence programs. Based on reflections carried out through bibliographic studies and analysis by experts, who are dedicating efforts to this topic. We conclude that AI is gaining ground in many society’s areas, and it is not up to education to refute this mechanism that is so valuable for the learning process.
