This article analyzes the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICTs) in school management, identifying their contributions to the efficiency of administrative and pedagogical processes in educational institutions. It is a bibliographical research study with a qualitative and explanatory approach, based on the analysis of recent scientific publications on school management, DICTs, and educational innovation. The results indicate that the efficient use of digital technologies in school management is not limited to the adoption of tools, but depends on a planned and strategic approach by the management team. It is evident that DICTs contribute to the optimization of administrative routines, the strengthening of institutional communication, and the monitoring of pedagogical practices, provided they are articulated with institutional planning and the continuing education of education professionals. It concludes that the role of the school manager is central to ensuring that DICTs are configured as instruments that enhance school organization and improve educational processes.
