The study addressed the use of technologies and collaborative tools in education, analyzing their contribution to the transformation of pedagogical practices and the strengthening of digital learning. It was based on the problem of how digital collaborative tools contributed to improving the teaching and learning process in contemporary education. The main objective was to analyze the role of these tools in collective knowledge building and teacher training. The research, exclusively bibliographic in nature, focused on recent works discussing the educational impact of technologies. The analysis revealed that collaborative tools enhanced student protagonism, teacher-student interaction, and the development of cognitive and socioemotional skills. The findings indicated that these technologies transformed educational dynamics by promoting participatory and reflective learning, emphasizing the need for further studies on their use in diverse educational contexts.
