This study focused on analyzing the contribution of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, associated with quantitative and qualitative methods, to business analysis and decision-making in contemporary organizations. The research problem sought to understand how ERP systems, combined with analytical methodologies, influence strategic management and the decision-making process. The general objective was to analyze the importance of these systems in integrating information and supporting organizational decision-making. The research was characterized as bibliographic, qualitative in nature, and exploratory-descriptive, based on works by Brazilian authors addressing information technology, management, and strategic planning. The study analyzed the role of ERP systems as instruments for integration and support for data analysis, demonstrating that the combination of technology and analytical methods promotes more assertive, agile, and well-founded decisions. It was found that ERP systems facilitated communication between departments, process optimization, and alignment between planning and execution. In the final considerations, it was concluded that the integration between ERP systems and business analysis is an essential factor for the efficiency and sustainability of modern organizations. Furthermore, the need for further studies exploring the relationship between ERP and emerging technologies was recognized, aiming to broaden the understanding of data-driven management.
