This article analyzes the effectiveness of integrated public security operations during COP-30 in Belém-PA, an event held in the Amazon, a territory historically marked by structural marginalization, lack of public investment, and urban limitations. Through a qualitative approach, with a descriptive and exploratory character, the study was based on documental analysis of official data from SEGUP, PMPA, DETRAN-PA, as well as national and international journalistic reports. Complementarily, criminal statistics provided by Deputy Secretariat of Intelligence and Criminal Analysis-SIAC were examined, allowing a better understanding of the social context. The importance of the study lies in demonstrating that, despite the Amazon's historical institutional invisibility, the coordinated execution of preventive, logistical, and tactical actions revealed operational capacity and efficient inter-institutional cooperation, offering technical and academic support for the improvement of public policies in major events in the region.
