THE ATIVIX PLATFORM AS AN INTEGRATED SOLUTION FOR CORPORATE MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION

This article aims to analyze the potential of the ATIVIX platform as an integrated corporate solution designed to optimize operational efficiency and improve internal communication in organizations. It seeks to evaluate how the integration of project management functionalities, document creation and sharing, a corporate social network, forums, and news contributes to reducing the fragmentation of digital tools and increasing productivity. The methodology adopted is characterized as an applied case study, with an exploratory-descriptive approach, based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the ATIVIX software architecture. Comparisons were made between its functionalities and contemporary business management needs, considering technical and organizational aspects. The results showed that the centralization of tasks and communication processes on the platform reduces friction between departments, simplifies workflows, and promotes greater traceability of activities. It is concluded that ATIVIX presents a significant competitive advantage by unifying task management and social engagement, promoting a more cohesive and productive work environment, especially adapted to the demands of hybrid and remote work. Future studies are recommended to evaluate its applicability in different sectors and institutional contexts.
