The inclusion of people with disabilities is a topic of increasing relevance in the educational and social debate, requiring effective actions in institutional spaces. Psychologists and social workers play fundamental roles in this process, through interdisciplinary practices aimed at promoting rights and human dignity. The general objective of this study is to analyze the role of psychologists and social workers in promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities, considering their professional practices, challenges faced and contributions within institutional spaces. The methodology adopted was a qualitative research, of an exploratory and descriptive nature, based on a systematic bibliographic review, with a time frame between 2020 and 2024. Academic databases and official documents were used as sources, with strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, aiming to ensure the relevance and timeliness of the materials analyzed. The results show that the joint action between psychologists and social workers expands the possibilities of reception, listening and intervention, favoring more ethical, humane and effectively inclusive practices. However, obstacles persist, such as the lack of integration between public policies, work overload and the absence of adequate continuing education. It is concluded that the inclusion of people with disabilities requires the strengthening of interdisciplinary practices committed to human rights and social transformation.
