This article analyzes cultural pedagogical practices as fundamental elements for building more inclusive, meaningful, and contextualized educational processes. Based on frameworks from intercultural, critical, and sociocultural education, it discusses how schools can recognize and value the different knowledge, identities, and cultural manifestations present in the school environment. The qualitative research was developed through observations, interviews, and document analysis in a public educational institution. The results show that culturally oriented pedagogical practices favor student engagement, strengthen community ties, and broaden critical understanding of diversity and citizenship. It concludes that the systematic incorporation of culture into the curriculum and teaching methodologies contributes to the integral formation of individuals and to the democratization of educational relations, requiring ongoing teacher training and school policies committed to cultural plurality.
