Ectopic pregnancy is an obstetric condition that poses a significant risk to maternal health. Early diagnosis and appropriate management are essential to reduce complications. This study reviews recent scientific literature on the role of nursing in this context, highlighting practices of reception, diagnosis, and follow-up. The review was conducted in the SciELO, LILACS, and BVS databases, covering publications from 2020 to 2025. The findings indicate that nursing plays a crucial role in the early identification of clinical signs, emotional support for pregnant women, and health education, contributing to better clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
