Abstract

The quality of the products supplied by the establishments has shown a concern for the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA). Therefore, magistral pharmacies play an important role in the context of the National Medicines Policy, which aims to guarantee the promotion of rational use and the population's access to essential medicines. Given the importance of addressing the quality of products handled, this article presents relevant information about the quality profile of the health service provided by this sector and the stability of medicines. The methodology carried out was through the review of legislation and scientific works that encompass the subject.
