The accelerated aging of the population and the increase in life expectancy require greater attention from society regarding health conditions, the incidence of chronic diseases and the functional limitations that affect the elderly population. In this context, frailty syndrome has stood out as a condition characterized by the progressive reduction of physiological and functional reserves in multiple body systems, resulting in a reduced physical and psychological response capacity to stressful situations and, consequently, greater vulnerability to health problems. To analyze the relationship between frailty syndrome, sleep quality, and quality of life in older adults, an integrative literature review will be conducted. This methodology allows for the critical synthesis of previously published studies, contributing to the deepening of scientific knowledge on the topic. The main databases used will be DVS, Scielo, PubMed, and PEDro, and the descriptors used will be "frailty syndrome," "quality of life," and "sleep quality." Full texts and free access will be included, as well as studies published between 2015 and 2025, and in Portuguese, English, or Spanish. Exclusion criteria will be quasi-experimental studies, editorials, papers presented at scientific meetings, and published in proceedings. It is expected that the results obtained will enable a broader understanding of the association between these variables, identifying how sleep quality can be influenced by the state of frailty and how both impact the quality of life of the elderly population.
