The relationship between resilience, emotional intelligence, and performance in the corporate environment has become increasingly evident in the face of complex challenges experienced by contemporary organizations. This research discusses how these competencies directly influence employee well-being and productivity, considering emotional factors involved in management, leadership, and innovation processes. The methodological approach is qualitative, based on bibliographic review and grounded in authors such as Goleman (2011), Corsini (2022), Barros (2023), Dias (2023), Lemos (2024), and Brito and Pinheiro (2024), following the criteria defined by Siena et al. (2024) and Almeida (2021). The analyzed data show that environments that value emotional intelligence encourage nonviolent communication, teamwork, and constructive conflict resolution. Furthermore, organizations that invest in developing resilience tend to reduce psychological distress and improve adaptability in times of crisis. The study concludes that building emotionally intelligent organizational cultures is essential to fostering healthier, more productive, and sustainable work environments, with resilience being a structural element for collective performance in dynamic and unstable scenarios.
