This article aimed to deepen the discussion on the right to education of hospitalized students and, for this purpose, set as its objective to analyze how services have been offered in hospital classes in Brazil, as well as to understand the dynamics of these specific contexts. To this end, a documentary and bibliographic approach was used.In the conclusions, it was observed that the hospital class service in Brazil has advanced significantly and corroborates the guarantee of the rights of children and adolescents during health treatment; however, it faces structural barriers and more consistent and specific public policies.
