Following the Covid-19 pandemic, during which social isolation was necessary to contain the spread of a disease not yet controllable by vaccination, telework, also known as remote work, became a reality in various sectors of society, including the Judiciary. This article discusses the impacts of remote work on the judiciary. To this end, it analyzes the perspectives for telework in the post-pandemic period, the risks highlighted in the literature regarding this work modality, and the occupational diseases associated with it in Brazilian Courts of Justice. The methodological approach adopted is qualitative, carried out through bibliographic and documentary research, and seeks to understand the legal framework that supports remote work within public administration, particularly in the Judiciary.
