Dairy farming is a key activity in Brazil's rural economy, particularly in Rondônia, where small and medium-sized farms predominate. In the municipality of Cacoal, this activity often faces limitations such as low productivity and inadequate management. Therefore, Consultec, which uses the "bucket full" technology developed by EMBRAPA in partnership with Emater, emerges as an efficient technical assistance strategy, promoting improvements through producer training and the use of technologies adapted to local realities. This study aims to evaluate the program's impact on a dairy farm in Cacoal, Rondônia, in 2023 and 2024. Indicators such as milk production, effective operating cost (COE), and cash flow were analyzed. The data will be organized into Excel® spreadsheets and analyzed using PAST (Paleontological Statistics) software. Consultec's technical assistance provided significant improvements in dairy activity, as there was a 32.20% increase in annual milk production, with the months of October and November having the greatest increases and reducing expenses by approximately 6.82%, consequently reducing the COE by 1.49% R$/L, generating an increase in cash flow by 343.63%, thus evidencing the positive impact of the program on the property's profitability.
