Preventive aesthetics has emerged as an effective approach to promoting healthy aging, focusing on reducing visible signs of aging and improving individuals' quality of life. The aim of this study was to analyze the contribution of preventive aesthetics to healthy aging, focusing on practices in Biomedical Aesthetics. The methodology adopted was an integrative literature review, in which recent studies on preventive aesthetic procedures, such as the use of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid, and biostimulants, were selected. The results indicate that these treatments not only promote visible skin rejuvenation but also contribute to psychological well-being, enhancing patients' self-esteem and confidence. Moreover, the personalization of treatments and the combination of aesthetic care with guidance on healthy habits were crucial for achieving lasting and effective results. The research concludes that preventive aesthetics is an important tool for healthy aging, but further long-term studies are needed to validate the ongoing effects of these treatments.
