This article addresses digital anxiety and its impacts on emotional well-being, analyzing how hyperconnectivity and excessive use of social media can contribute to contemporary psychological distress. The research is justified by the need to understand how virtual interactions influence mental health and transform human relationships in an era marked by constant exposure and immediacy. The study, of a bibliographic nature, is based on theoretical frameworks of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which proposes coping strategies based on thought restructuring and emotional self-regulation. The analysis showed that CBT offers effective resources to help individuals affected by anxiety generated in the digital environment, promoting a balance between the healthy use of technology and the preservation of psychological well-being. It is concluded that, by understanding the patterns of thought and behavior related to hyperconnectivity, it is possible to develop a more conscious and balanced relationship with the digital world, favoring self-care and quality of life in the information age.
